Historic Pelham Blog Archive
The term "Blog" is an abbreviated reference to "Web Log" -- a form of daily electronic journal published on the Web. There are Blogs on almost every conceivable topic -- including this one on the history of Pelham, N.Y. and surrounding areas. On February 8, 2005, the "Historic Pelham Blog" was unveiled. The Historic Pelham Blog is located at http://historicpelham.blogspot.com/ and can be accessed from the HistoricPelham.com home page. The Historic Pelham Blog is devoted to presenting the rich history of Pelham, NY in Westchester County including current historical research, description of how to research Pelham history online and genealogy discussions of Pelham families. Very early each business day the Town Historian of Pelham, NY publishes a new posting to the Blog dealing with some aspect of Pelham History. This is the official archive of the Historic Pelham Blog. Material posted to the Blog is copied to this archive where it remains a permanent part of the Historic Pelham Web site. The archive is arranged by month and appears below.
